How do I join?
It's easy! Just tap the Crown Points wallet widget in the bottom right-hand corner of the page, or visit our site login page. You'll be prompted to sign in or create an account.
Good news: Crown Points are linked to your existing Shop account, so simply input the email address you used for your most recent purchase.
How do I earn points?
The simple answer is... shop! Earn points on every dollar spent online or in-person at our popup stores.
How do I redeem points?
Once you've reached 1,000 or more points, click the "spend credit" button on the Crown Points wallet homescreen to generate a Rewards code. Now, simply copy + paste the code at checkout to save on your next order!
Don't want to use your reward right away? No problem! Rewards will accumulate in your wallet to be redeemed at your leisure.
Do points, reward codes, or status tiers ever expire?
Nope! There's no expiration on any of these things. Once you've earned them, they'll stay in your Crown Points wallet permanently (or until redeemed, in the case of points + rewards codes).
