When will my order arrive?
All orders delivering to addresses within the continental United States should have a maximum delivery time of 7 business days from date of purchase. (Please note carrier-based delivery time quote at checkout.) However, holiday periods may slightly affect this schedule.

What's your return policy?
At this time, all sales are final. We're a small business, and we're grateful for your support!
If an item you've received has been damaged during shipping or is in some way defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll work with you to make it right.
A product I like is out of stock. Will it come back again?
All our products are designed and curated for specific collections which are available for a limited time. However, if you see a past item you love, please let us know! We always appreciate hearing feedback from customers and we may bring back popular legacy items.
If a size you need is out of stock or unavailable, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'd love your feedback as it helps influence future production runs.
How do I log in to my account?
With our streamlined account system, just input your email and we'll email you a verification code to log in. If you're having trouble, please reach out to our Team here and we'll be happy to assist you.
I purchased a Preorder item. When will I get it?
We know you're excited, and so are we! Rest assured, we're working hard on our newest collection.
Each Preorder product states a "drop" date in the item description denoting when orders will begin to be fulfilled. You'll receive a notice in your inbox when your order has shipped; from that point, the shipping time will be in accordance with the estimate quoted during checkout.
Can I place a large batch order?
Are you a pastor, group leader, camp director, or other individual who'd like to place a bulk order for your team? Awesome! We'd love to work with you. Please contact us and to discuss discounted pricing, fulfillment needs, and more.
